Ted grew up on the East Coast where he got an Ivy League education. After college he moved to Aspen to continue a post- graduate program as a serious powder hound. Starting selling real estate there in 1975. Moved to Maui in 1988, and now lives in Ulupalakua. He has extensive background in commercial real estate leasing, property management and sales. He loves to work with Upcountry properties that have agricultural opportunities and unrealized potential with consideration to healthy land use. He is a good cook and cares for his extensive tree farm, including his developing coffee operation. When he asked Ted for any referring testimonials, he simply said,

"I sold my ex-girlfreind's husband's home to my ex- wife's husband."
